Capital & Regional launches CollectPlus service across entire Mall portfolio
Capital & Regional has partnered with CollectPlus to launch its services across its entire Mall portfolio. CollectPlus is now available at every Capital & Regional UK Mall shopping centre, and allows customers to collect and return their online shopping from over 260 high street and online retail brands such as ASOS, Amazon, Very, John Lewis, and many more, seven days a week.
CollectPlus is the UK’s largest independent store-based delivery and returns service with a network of 5,800 stores. At The Mall, CollectPlus collections and returns can now be made at the customer Ask Me Points in the shopping centres.
The service has been rolled out following a successful six-month trial at The Mall Camberley, which was the UK’s first community shopping centre to launch CollectPlus, in October 2014. The service was an outstanding success, achieving an average rating of 4.75 out of 5 following surveys sent to all CollectPlus customers after they had used the service.

CollectPlus is now available at the following Capital & Regional shopping centres: The Mall Blackburn, The Mall Camberley, The Mall Luton, The Mall Maidstone, The Mall Walthamstow, The Mall Wood Green, and The Kingfisher Centre in Redditch.
