Xoomworks Digital and Intershop announce partnership

Businesses will be able to extend their reach into global markets from a single website, following a partnership agreement between online presence specialists Xoomworks Digital and omni-channel commerce software firm Intershop.

The alliance will pair Intershop’s range of e-commerce software solutions with Xoomworks Digital’s technology and insight offering, which includes content management systems, customer relationship management, e-commerce and gamification.

The partnership will allow businesses to realise global growth strategies by giving them the option to access multi-site, multi-lingual and multi-currency trading via a single technology platform. Xoomworks Digital specialises in the creation of websites designed to meet the business goals of its clients. The consultancy creates these portals using insight and expertise gained from customer data, digital marketing, technology, content management systems and search engine optimisation.

Intershop created the world’s first online store in 1994. It is the world’s only independent provider of enterprise solutions for omni-channel commerce with clients including Hewlett-Packard, BMW, Bosch and Deutsche Telecom.

Amir Kazmi, managing director at Xoomworks Digital, said: “The partnership between Intershop and Xoomworks Digital will allow businesses access to global markets via one single technology platform. The resolution of complex issues such as multi-site, multi-lingual and multi-currency trading will create opportunities for businesses to transform their digital presence and reach new markets.”
