Camden Market teams up with IncuBus London to open retail incubator

As new technology continues to further enable retailers to gain competitive advantages and bring down costs, IncuBus Ventures have partnered with Camden Market to offer an incubator programme focused on retail and startups servicing the retail sector.

Retail has been spotted as the fastest growing industry sector in the UK by Real Business.

IncuBus Ventures just opened applications for IncuBus Retail @CamdenMarket, an early stage startup incubator for Retail focused startups. The goal is to find and nurture startups looking to innovate in the retail sector.

18 entrepreneurs will join the 3-month programme starting on the 21st of September 2015. Applications are now open for startups (including single founders) from food & drink, fashion, e-commerce and startups servicing the retail vertical.

The retail sector is one that is looking to increase the adoption of new technologies to better increase efficiencies, increase sales and offer more secure options to consumers through multiple channels. IncuBus Retail @CamdenMarket is providing an environment where retail focussed startups can test and gain feedback and traction with consumers.

The programme will help startups looking to gain early traction through access to the market. Being based at the ‘home of retail’, Camden Market will allow that access, quite literally!
