Cyber weekend set to be a record breaker for SlumberSlumber
Retailer SlumberSlumber, the sleep solutions specialists, is predicting a record breaking 2014 for online sales of its products for a great night’s sleep, with an expected 50% increase in sales for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Catrina Moore, SlumberSlumber site manager, said: “Shoppers have come to expect big savings during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend – it’s now a key date in the retail calendar. Retailers are promoting their deals weeks in advance so that when it comes to the Cyber weekend, the customer has already researched what they plan to buy and are driven online to purchase.”
“This year we are expecting the Cyber weekend to be the busiest weekend of 2014, with sales predicted to increase by as much as 50%. We have our customer services team primed to handle phone calls and live chat conversations to help customers get what they need.”
During the Cyber weekend in 2013, SlumberSlumber’s site conversion rate almost doubled on the previous weekend and sales increased by 25%. Visits to the online sleep solutions store also increased by 16%.
SlumberSlumber’s Black Friday sale events starts Friday 28th November and finishes midnight on Monday 1st December, with up to 65% off selected lines.
