Cycle clothing & accessories retailer Always Riding is forging ahead with a newly designed and tech-refreshed website to meet growing demand from cyclists around the world.
Based in Hampton, but dispatching to all corners of the globe on a daily basis, Always Riding has cornered the market with a curated line of bike gear for road, commute and touring cyclists.
Their new site, designed and built in cooperation with Chief Domestique Peter Harrington of Always Riding by Diligent Commerce of Shoreditch, marries pared-down modern design with multi-device tech that enables this independent family business to retail not only to their main UK market but in multi-languages to nearly every country in the cycling world.
Co-founder of Always Riding, Peter Harrington said: “We partnered with a great firm for the build, but what really made the whole project very special and ultimately successful, was that we knew exactly what we wanted and how the site should work for our customers in the cycling community – no small feat when you count locations as disparate as Kyoto and Crewe amongst order destinations.”
With new lower ship rates to both the UK and the wider world, and extra special next day DHL services into Europe, Always Riding have high hopes for the coming season, but for Peter: “There isn’t anyone else in the cycling industry or perhaps wider e-commerce world caring for their customers as we do. It’s so easy to say you offer great service, but we live and breathe it each day, and the site for me personally represents the greatest thing we could give to our customers in reward for their confidence and custom; which is an incredible privilege to receive.”
