The introduction of click and collect e-commerce solutions means that they are able to instantly up the scale and efficiency of their business, enabling products to reach more customers in more locations across the country.
Neil Saunders, managing director of Conlumino, commented: “With online retail continuing to grow at a rapid pace, consumers want innovative solutions to prevent them from missing parcel deliveries. Lockers provide a great part of this solution, especially because they can be operational 24 hours a day allowing the consumer to pick up products whenever it is convenient for them.”
